Samantha and Macy Make A Summer Cake

Macy is an awesome cake decorator. Over the years, I have been amazed at Macy's various talents. In addition to her fabulous cakes, she does a great job painting fingernails.

In the summer Macy invited Sam over to make a winter cake (with ice skates and all). As you can see by the pictures, they made a beautiful summer cake this winter. Way to Go Girls!! You may have also noticed how beautiful Samantha looked after Macy gave her a makeover. I loved the curls in her hair and the smile on her face.

Princess Lorelei Turns 5!

My niece actually refers to herself as "Princess Lorelei (last name)" and she truly lives up to the title. She is the queen (or shall I say, princess) of dress up and crowns. I have seen her wear ball gowns and royal adornments as often as her everyday clothes. On her 5th Birthday, I wish her a lifetime of fairytales minus the evil queens. Prince charming is surely in her future, but he will have to wait a very long time (20ish years?).
