Terry and Mandy went in for the c-section. We all anxiously awaited the verdict ~ a boy or a girl? Terry rolled out the isolate and introduced us to his new baby girl. She was (and still is) adorable! She weighed in at 5 lbs. She was little, yet strong. Samantha and Noah loved her from first glance.
Lorelei is a true princess. She loves to dress-up and has hew own imaginary prince (whom she named Phillip). She is Faith's best friend! She loves preschool and playing with ponies.
Then
Lorelei, my niece, was born 4 years ago today. I was the first family member to arrive at the hospital on the day of her birth. Mandy had already been in the hospital for a couple of weeks due to her own medical issues. The doctor scheduled a C-section (about a month earky) to prevent any furter compications, I was very excited to welcome my sister's baby into the world. As I approached the parking lot, the rain became very intense. By the time, I walked into the hospital my jeans were soaked. My sister and I had a laugh!
