Faith's First Day of Pre-K

Faith has started her second year of preschool. She seems to be adjusting well and is enjoying being back to school 3 mornings a week. This year she is in a much larger class (15 kids, one teacher and an aide). I think it will be a good transition to kindergarten. Faith seems to really like her teacher, Mrs. Perez. Her teacher's aide, Mrs. Smith, is also very sweet. Mrs. Smith was one of the first people other than family to watch Faith, as she use to help with the MOPPETS during MOPS (Mother's of Preschoolers). Faith has had the hardest time with seperation, so I am overjoyed that she wants to go to school.

The pictures were taken on the first day of school, which was 09-09-09. This day would have been Evan's grandfather's 100th birthday. Evan took his lunch hour to visit his grandfather's resting place. Evan will always have a special place in his heart for his grandfather who was his champion and best friend.
