Visiting Santa at the Mall!

Visiting Santa Claus with Gram, Gramps and the Larson's has become an annual tradition. This year Wyatt was not to happy to visit Santa, but I had to put the picture in the blog anyways. It didn't seem right to exclude him. The picture did capture the moment - the good and bad. Luke was probably too tired to cry; we had to wake him up to meet Santa. I was pleasantly surprised, as you never know how kids will react when they are woken up prematurely.

After visiting Santa, we had lunch and the kids got to ride the train. Wyatt and Luke really loved the train. They were very sad when their turn was over. Grammy and Grandpa couldn't handle the sad faces, so they bought all the kids tickets for a second ride.

I also tried to get a few pictures of all the kids. It is really hard to get good group pictures.

Noah's Intramural Football Championship Game

Before Championship games, Mr. Pryor announces the teams and players

Mr. Pryor is an awesome teacher and coach. He runs a lunchtime intramural sports program for the 4th and 5th graders. The most recent sport was flag football. Noah's team made the Championships, so I went to watch. I don't really understand football, but I could tell the Noah was having an awesome game. He caught the ball several times and ran with it! Mr. Pryor said that Noah kicked butt in the first half. Thanks Mr. Pryor - You Rock!!

Gotcha Faith and We'll Never Let You Go!

12-5-05
12-5-09

Four years ago, I experienced one of the greatest miracles of my life. I walked through an unimpressive storefront, took an ordinary elevator ride and stepped out to receive one of the greatest imaginable blessings - Faith. As the elevator doors open, I immediately caught a glimpse of her in an old style walker. She was bald and beautiful. Then there was the moment I held her in my arms - so sweet, so miraculous, blessed far beyond what I deserve. All the praise to Jesus!
Every year on December 5th, we celebrate Faith's Gotcha Day. We had dinner at Grand China and spent the evening looking at our photos from China. We also gave her a Kai Lan doll. This is a very special day for our family.
Faith, we love you more than you could even know. You are an incredible blessing to our family and I can't imagine my life without you. Thanks to God for making me your mommy. Love you!
